  Securely pack the items in their original, undamaged packaging, ensuring that all flights, shafts, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Post

  Attach the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest postal hub; we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your darts reach our warehouse safely.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality compliance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
